There is a fuel pump relay for that vehicle.
There is no direct starter relay.
What does go bad is the CAS module relay that controls the immobilizer that controls the starter. It overheats and goes bad.
I am not familiar with your Morgan Aero and have never worked on one.
But we have done lots of e70 x5.
If the wiring is the same the issues will be the same.
The wiring configuration for these components is very similar on the 1 series, 3 series, 5 series and X1 3 5 6 7 models of that era.
Even with different engines.
